TODAY'S WORLD IS INTERNET
               According to someone the internet has big advantages but according to someone it has big       disadvantages. let's have a look.
               We can surf on the Instagram, Fwitter or Facebook when we are bored. It wastes our time         and day. I think if we are bored we can do so many things without social media. It's harmful for us.
   we can visit our grandparents, we can read a book, we can have fun with our family or friends. So       it  effects our life bad way. It's one disadvantage.
               There are unknown websites, strange websites on the internet. Like "Darkweb". We have to     be careful about this website. Because there are so many serial killers, thiefes, kidnappers,                   sacammers.. If we are curies about these strange websites and enter them we are harmed by them.       One disadvantage too. 
               Let's talk about advanteges. When we are ill we can get medicines from internet, when we       have to get clothes we can get from there, when we want to known the news we can learn from           there, when we have to get information about something we can get from there.. It's helpful for our     subjects and daily life. But we don't forget, we have to be careful as possible as we can.

I will help you as possible as I can.           First step of about get away your nervousness is "trust yourself". If you did your project perfectly  just don't worry about it and trust your project's presentation.           Second step is about your sleep and you. You have to sleep well at night before your presentation day. You have to eat somethings before you leave home; maybe you can eat energizer foods like banana. In my opinion wear suitable and stylish clothes if you can relax in it because it helps to trust yourself.           Third step is reply your presentation on your own before you leave home.
